1.Replace the recovery hoses , clean the ink tanks

1.Air pipe leakage or drop from the inking pump system
2.Problem with solenoid valve of ink pump system
3.The inking pipes are blocked
4.The pump diaphragm is broken
5.The inking filter is blocked
6.The inking pipe and connector of pump are not tighten properly

1.Check the air tubes to ensure there is no leakage there. Replace the pipes and air connectors
2.Remove the water from the filter device regularly, dry the air by adding a dry device. If the valves can’t work in manual mode, have to replace it.
3.Replace the inking tubes or clean them
4.Replace the diaphragm or the inking pump
5.Clean the filter
6.Tension or replace the hose clamp, stop the leakage from the inking pump, to make the pump run normally

1.The air pressure of unit lock cylinder is not enough

1.Check the air pressure and make sure all the air tubes are in good condition
2.Adjust the anvil pressure and register position
3.Adjust the parallel toward anvil roll and printing cylinder
4.Tension the ratchets to tighten the printing plates
5.Adjust the pulling gap , its size should be about 80% of paper’s thickness .
6.Run the paper of proper size.
7.To check the air tubes and solenoid valves, ensure the fan cylinders are working properly.
