1.Replace the wearing copper block of slotting base
2.Kindly remind, if the slot process need to remove the slotting knives, have to move the knives to the appropriate position before dismantling the knives, it is forbidden to move the slotting bases after dismantling the knives.Slotting knives should be mounted immediately after production is completed.
3.Replace the copper nut.
4.Improve the maintaining toward the lead screw. Lubricate the lead screw and nut to reduce the abrasion of copper nut.
5.Adjust the alignment toward the upper and lower blades.
